「來到Bad Ragaz 小鎮，譲我們驚喜，我們從火車站搭456號免費公車經過二站就到達一座大型的高爾夫球場，旁邊有一個世界聞名的CASINO 賭場，所以周邊環境現优美、現代、壯觀，飯店就就在這群休閒中心的裡面，公車下車後只要步行五分鐘就可到達，飯店依山面建築，有綠地、有游泳池、有小森林非常優美。 我們從這個小鎮搭火車6分鐘到達Sargans可轉搭11號公車前往Liechtenstin的首都Vaduz Post 或到Feldkirch轉火車前往薩爾斯堡和維也納，非常方便。」

「This is a first class hotel in St. Moritz. From the very beginning, during and right to the end it was first class all the way. The staff are extremely attentive. The room itself is to the highest quality in everything they chose, to tap ware, faucets, tiles, wardrobes, stationary, bottled water in glass, fine stem glass ware, amenities inside the bathroom and bedroom, the special thoughts just do not end....... 「可以提前跟飯店約好車站到飯店的接送，但是要提早至少一兩天寫信或是要直接打電話，我們因為抵達時間沒有確定所以沒先約，當天出發前才寫信詢問，結果等到我們隔天都坐火車離開了飯店才回信。但是有直接跟櫃台約隔天送到火車站，很方便。 房間很大，有嚇到。有玄關區，也有很大的衣櫃， 三人房很寬敞連帶衛浴也是像飯店四件式，噴砂玻璃隔一間廁所，一間淋浴，另外有浴缸。衛浴區是用木門隔音較佳。 早餐中規中矩，很舒適的飯店」

「飯店入口需要爬一層樓的樓梯才能到lobby, lobby旁邊才有電梯，對於老人家以及帶大行李的旅行會比較辛苦一些。 飯店沒有附停車位，因此我們必須在附近自行找收費停車位。 飯店櫃檯的服務小姐態度很親切友善，房間乾淨舒適，早餐也很好吃。」

「房間整體感覺非常好，在市中心，有車站接送，本來預定了3天不可取消的3人房，因為飛香港班機取消，導致整個旅程延誤兩天，只能住一天，真是大虧，但酒店的貼心服務及豐富的早餐，大大減低了這種感覺，退房時櫃台主動退了20元的城市稅，更是覺得窩心，下次有機會會再入住！」
