「What a hidden treasure! Staff are superior- joyful, very helpful and obviously love the work they do! Great experience and would definitely book here again!」

「Very attentive staff on site. Strong dedicated WiFi signal for each room. Large fridge and strong A/C in the room. The resort offers mask/snorkels for free use but the glass on some were scratched so badly that it made viewing underwater very poor. 「由于所在兰塔岛总体开发程度不如其他地区，所以酒店设施一般，泳池不大够几户带小孩的家庭嬉戏，酒店过马路对面步行5分钟是沙滩，朝右手边步行不到10分钟有个很大的7-11，光呆在酒店其实挺无聊的，适合参加当地其他的一日游项目。」

「第一次体验不同的住宿体验，感觉还是非常的不适应。酒店没有早餐，需要吃什么要自己做。酒店的吃住行工作人员可以帮忙代办，费用会比自己去订的要高一些，酒店任何配套都没有，所有的配套服务都是外包的，就是上门spa也是外面路上找来的人。这次唯一一觉得不错的，就是有一个独立的泳池，酒店并不靠海，所以这个泳池还是必须的。总之，之后不会再定了，心太累，虽然酒店给了电话和微信，但是他们并不是24小时有人在的，需要帮忙的时候，往往找不到人。」
