Hampton Inn & Suites East Lansing/Okemos
The room was in good condition and the staff was very helpful, but the amenities were sad. The pool was cold, the whirlpool didn't work. And breakfast was a bitter disappointment; nothing but carbs.

Hyatt Place Lansing - East
The room was not as clean as it could have been. There was a disgusting stain on the carpet - things laying around on the floor that were not vacuumed up, the pool was really pretty chilly but it iswinter in Michigan.

Quality Suites Lansing West
Upon checking into our room we discovered there was no power to the nightstand between the beds. I inquired at the front desk and was told "you have to reset the gfci" i was shown a photo on the desk clerks phone what it looked like. Never told where in the room this is located.
