"It was alright, older rooms but staff was nice"

"Old dirty carpets, walked in to the window open and the heater unplugged so the room was cold. Only half the lights worked, no toilet paper in the bathroom had to ask for some. Workmen-ship on the bathroom remodel unfinished and sloppy. Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it to others. "

We took out TRASH TOOK OUT TOWELS Had NO Door between front room and beds Had to change 3 different times Room key rekeyed 3 times first day 2nd day Twice 3rd day once...We were LOCKED OUT OUTSIDE...VERY INCONVENIENT... I DESPERATELY NEED A 1/2 PRICE DISCOUNT..."

"Tiles were broken in bathroom and pool area Hot tub edges were sharp and my child cut themselves. There were dark brown spots on the trim edges in the bathroom. Front desk associate was in her personal phone speaking very loud and vulgar. Other guests around our room were very inconsiderate of night time "
