「Lovely quiet area, 25 minute walk into Bath, all down hill, however the walk back was quite a pull. Taxi fare is £7 The accommodation was lovely, comfortable beds, and the little touches like the breakfast, milk, ice cubes & coffee machine were appreciated. Would highly recommend. 」

「The Crossways is an updated building. Regrettably there is no lift and a narrow staircase which makes taking heavy cases upstairs difficult. We had a problem with our room but what makes me give this hotel a 5 star rating was their service recovery was brilliant. The team are very friendly and my Venison Pie for dinner was excellent. Top marks to our waiter who when an item was sold out apologised so well and convinced me to have the Venison pie. The young team member who served breakfast was...

「Lovely old pub to stay at. Plenty of parking. We were there Sunday night and they have limited menu for food (roasts, fish and chips or a burger) but what we had was really good. Shout out to Jill who seemed to be every where. Dealing with check in, serving behind the bar, taking orders at the table and delivering food to tables!!! Amazing!! And to top it off a really good breakfast to see you off. Highly recommended」

「room nicely appointed and up to date classic modern in my view, bed comfy super clean lots of extras in the room beverages tissues hairdryer, iron, ironing board, etc. nicely priced bar and food with seating areas having plenty of room, no available parking which was disappointing; breakfast full of variety. staff very friendly and assistive.」
