「The hotel is an old building so we understand the facilities have been improved to update with the modern life. There is a lift but there are about 10 -11 steps up and down before I could move my luggage into the room. There are 4 steps of staircase before I could use the bathroom. I had an accident on my first night stay 21 May 2026 2:40 a.m., I sprained my right ankle. I could not manage to go to the hospital with only one leg. I was so grateful the staff on duty on 21 May, came and helped...

A nice 20 minutes walk to reach downtown Bath, it’s a central point to discover Stonehenge, Bristol, Cardiff and the charming villages of the Cotswold. We highly recommend it and we would we would return with so much pleasure!」
