Not a luxury hotel but fair for the location, price, swimming pool, tours available and the river and nature surrounding it. Staff is helpful and friendly. Food is good and not too pricey. 「We were disappointed with our stay and left early, forfeiting our second night because the noise was unbearable. The property photos are extremely misleading. Balconies appear to face a peaceful forest, but actually overlook a busy highway with constant traffic, loud mufflers, honking, barking dogs, and roosters crowing at all hours. As we have to leave very early, we preordered the breakfast the day before and it was ready perfectly “on time”. They have A/C in the cabin, really necessary. Is a very good choice when visiting Semuc Champey.」
