「Simple, but clean and comfortable. Lots of great eating.」

「The hotel was really nice, it was clean and very new. My only criticism would be that as a foreign visitor I had no where to store our passports as there was no safe in the room. Also we did not receive coffee pods for the room on a daily basis and there is no kettle to purchase instant coffee. In saying that there is coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day.」

「The supporting facilities are too old, the breakfast ingredients have an oily smell, there are only three choices of food, and the hygiene is not very clean. I left my clothes at the hotel without notifying us. I called to ask and said they didn't have them. They didn't return them to us until we went back to the hotel to ask.」

「There were biscuit crumbs all over the desk and on the floor when we arrived in the room. Bed sheets and pillow cases were not changed everyday. Housekeeping comes at random times of the day (sometimes early morning and afternoon), so sometimes there are days where the room is not cleaned. Convenient location and free parking is good. 」

「Very friendly staff. They quickly took care of trash in front of property someone left. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Assortment of foods delicious and appreciated- every Wednesday there is an appetizer hour! The only problem was a long wait on hot water from our sink but they sent someone over to check and it required more fixing (They did offer to change our rooms). Great stay with helpful and warm staff. 」

"The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. I had no problem with it, but the money was not refunded to me. I booked another hotel and checked in, but Hilton Garden Hotel still didn't know when to refund the money. I will get a refund soon, regardless of the room. Why can I make a reservation and pay successfully without a room?"
