This was such a beautiful well cared for hotel. Staff delivered outstanding professionalism, kindness, very friendly. The atmosphere was so relaxing, food and service. It was peaceful, not a lot of noise, the shower was nice. Esthetically it gave off a business hotel kind of vibe, like it’s more for conferences and business events. The walkability wasn’t great. Overall it was nice.

The room was good, the only thing was the bathroom cleanliness. The floors was full of hairs and the shower the tiles were dirty. The staff was great!

Rooms were nice and clean. Lobby was clean as well. However, the smell of cannabis filled up our room at night and when we called front desk they sent someone who couldn’t not understand or speak English at all. We had a baby with us and that was an inconvenience. The rooms also don’t have microwaves and we had to go downstairs to the lobby anytime we needed to heat up our food or food for the bay. Otherwise, our stay was good overall.

Staff was fine. The room needs attention. An old pilled blanket on the bed needs to be replaced, the handheld shower wand spewed water from the hose connection, the refrigerator did not work, and there was not a hair dryer in the room. I'm the middle of a Netflix show or stopped working and wouldn't reload. Multiple error messages continued to appear. The Westin needs to do better. I brought these issues to the staff on departure in person and in writing and have heard nothing from the Westin. At the very least, I should get a free stay.
