大致OK
酒店泳池很大很舒適，但無邊際泳池須要另外付費感覺不太好，而且價錢頗貴，不值得。由泳池一直走出去就是沙灘，這沙灘不錯是可以游泳的，而且沙也不算粗，可以在這裡玩一個下午，所以沒時間去Cenang Beach的遊客就索性在這裡玩吧，泳池餐廳BBQ自助餐食物一般。今次被安排在G/F的房間，所以可以從房間直走出泳池，房間的空間是足夠的，但整體感覺也很舊，冷氣不穩定，要不太冷或太熱，房間如果可以翻新一下會更理想。有免費泊車。

除了游泳池外沒有太好的體驗，入住時毛巾衛生用品少給，浴室只有花撒沒蓮蓬頭，馬桶沖水有怪聲，房間隔音非常差，住了三天真的不太像四星的旅店。

住一次也可以
住6天5晚，除了房間有冷氣，其餘都沒有。自助早餐尚算ok, 不過每天轉款很少，煎蛋是煎定，不新鮮，位置有蚊，要噴定蚊怕水吃早餐。有2天執房俾漏水和毛巾，要打電話追才拿回來。酒店對出是海灘，水清沙幼，很方便，但無珍南海灘般熱鬧。

酒店的海滩很不错，日落很美。房间有部分海景，和泳池花园景。早餐一般般，木瓜甜，咖喱太辣，炒面太咸。其他服务什么的都还不错。

超值的享受
離珍南海攤不遠，不趕時間的話慢慢步行20分鐘內可抵達 私人海灘非常棒，員工服務也很親切。 早餐選擇十分豐富，整體而言以房價來說算是很舒服享受的飯店。

next to beach, poor room
We booked 2 single beds rooms but they provide 1 king size's bed room to us. They did not want to change and said the room was very far away. Finally, the provide another room to us just next to the original one. The room's ceiling water leakage, and they need sometime to fix; Air cond. temperature cannot adjust and I think the switch was damaged. The hotel has private beach.

私人海灘不錯，乾淨，不會太多人 但客房熱水不夠熱 泳池晚上不開放，有點可惜 晚上去大街要行大約20分鐘，有點遠

房間狀況偏老舊,但是有自己的沙灘及泳池,泳池有多種選擇,除了房間裝潢稍微老舊其他都很好,飯店人少可以好好享受泳池與沙灘

有酒店海灘，但大浪，不宜游泳！
酒店整體環境ok，泳池舒適，還有一個按摩池。廣告相片中的泳池是收費的，紅色的沙灘椅真的很舒服，但因近海，所以大部分時間池水很冷，8月仍只有下午才能游泳！

It's ok for a four star hotel
You can't receive much wifi inside the room. We lived in a room on the group floor, it's a bit old for a 4-star hotel. But there's a nice pool outside and nice private beach as well, also breakfast is quite good. Bathroom got shower only.

Nice ambiance and view. A perfect place for relaxation and get away from daily routine. However, you can tell the hotel needs refurnishment and the bed is too soft.

環境優静, 面向沙灘, 休閒好地方
酒店比較舊式設計, 設施保養還可以, 房間面積稍細,沐浴間屏障玻璃不足, 洗澡時水花會溢出,使厠所地面濕滑;泳池闊大且深水位置約有3米,懂泳術的人一定滿意,並可直接由泳池行出沙灘,觀賞日落一流,另有一個獨立泳池可供使用,但要收費;員工有禮及樂意幫忙, 酒店亦有使用設施優惠提供;地點在長長的沙灘尾部, 有免費泊車位.

很漂亮的沙滩，很大的泳池
位置一般，离珍南海滩比较远，走路至少30分钟以上。酒店自己有很开阔的海滩，但是海水不干净，不太适合海里游泳。泳池非常大，这是一个亮点！酒店环境算是不错，天然的绿化和丰富的动植物种类，很惬意。客房比较老旧了，我们的客房在一楼，从露台可以直接走到泳池和海边，很方便。酒店前台服务一般，态度不太好。酒店的早餐是不含在房费里面的，单独购买要50马币！！！建议到外面找个咖啡馆吃，十几个马币可以搞定早餐。酒店走出来有小超市和饭馆。总的来说适合度假，休息，因为酒店安静舒适的环境。出行不太方便，最好在机场就租辆车自己开，这种方式适合兰卡威！

不错的休闲地方
酒店免费升级了我们的房间到家庭套房，正对着泳池和大海。非常棒。 酒店有自己的私家海滩，不用挤公共海滩，离珍南水底世界开车也就几分钟，闹中取静。

酒店的海滩很棒，晚上很舒服。看着也比较不错。就是酒店的床不是很舒服，要的大床房，是用两个小床拼起来的。而且酒店打扫很敷衍。被子用毛茸茸的毯子铺一层，让我感觉床单和被套不是很干净。其他都还好。有点小贵

酒店环境很棒
酒店环境很好，给我们一楼的位置，出门就可到花园、泳池，设施完善，但当时房间里缺少电热水壶，是讲了好多次才送来，所以房间在交付使用前，最好全面检查一下

酒店的位置还不错，出门吃饭也还方便，周边有小超市，一般的物品也能买到。酒店的泳池非常棒，海滩也不错，沙滩上有很多小螃蟹，小朋友玩的不亦乐乎。家人在这里度过了美好的假期。不足之处：卫生间陈旧需要重新装修了，园林和绿化也比较简单。

拥有私人沙滩
冲着私人沙滩去的，可以不用去公共海滩。酒店还有2个游泳池，虽然感觉有点陈旧，但房间内部装修很有当地特色，而且打扫的很干净。出门有几家饭店，但没有珍南海滩中端热闹，购物和吃饭的选择都不多，建议去珍南海滩逛逛。除了前台的女接待员较为冷淡以外，其他的服务生相当热情。值得一提的是，入住时的房间马桶出了问题，维修工修了一小时还没搞定，打电话给酒店经理后立刻为我们换房并升级成了高级套房，值得称赞。

飯店服務態度時好時壞，要看服務員，有些甚至會很沒耐性得回覆我們得問題。 客房蠻乾淨得，我們訂雙人房頗大的，且都有自己得小陽台可以看窗外風景，房間有附吹風機和小冰箱。 外面有自己的私人海灘和露天游泳池，可是當我往邊邊走卻發現飯店廢水(其中還有排泄物，所以很臭)竟然排入海中，且就在私人海邊旁，水量就像河川般洶湧，之後就不敢下水了。 飯店附近有很多小餐館，都很好吃。也有小商店(不只一家)裡面東西很便宜，應有盡有，每間店價差一RM左右，甚至可以租車，很方便。 開車五分鐘就可以到海底世界和免稅店，離機場也很近，但要若要到港口就要快一小時的時間。

The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. The staff service was excellent. The front desk staff such as Ms Atirah and all her colleagues were very helpful and attentive, which made my stay at Holiday Villa truly memorable!

The room was dated, the breakfast extremely poor, no clean plates / cups and food never replenished. The staff are unhelpful. Great shame as looked so good. Beach is nice . The fact you can’t use the infinity pool without paying extra is a joke.

Lovely location
The hotel is wonderfully located on the beach. Plenty of beds on the beach and around the pools. The infinity pool is MR30 extra per person, but a drink is included. We didn't feel the need to pay for this as the beach was great. We didn't eat at the hotel, the main strip is about 20-30 min walking distance with plenty of places to eat. Bobi's is 5 min away and i would recommend there. Rooms are clean but overall dated. For what we paid it was great.

Average service Stayed at the hotel for a week and a half. The view from the room is beautiful and the hotel has 2 swimming pool one of them is infinity which is MR 30.00 per day. Also has a jacuzzi which is nice and plenty sund beds by the pool and beach. However the service is not great as there not flexible at all, the breakfast was the same thing every day no local dishes I got fed up of seeing the same menu. Songs at the lobby and the pool also the same every day. Heard the same song more than 5 time. Parking is available for free. Good location and plenty of shops around. If you’re on a budget and looking for location this is suitable.

Best features are: very scenic beach in front of the hotel; beach front restaurant and bar; two large well maintained pools (one free form with a big jacuzzi and the other an infinity pool right on the beach).
