In the middle of nothing. Owner seemed surprised when we got there even though we booked weeks in advance. There was no WiFi as claimed on the website. Room didn’t look like the ones in the picture. It was very dirty, smelled of smoke and there was frogs, ants and other insects. Didn’t really seem like they cared about their guesthouse or guests.

So bad.when I arrived at haliman,the owner said no rooms for me.its full.then I must give rm40 to him and get another room.the room is not haliman.

DO NOT STAY - PLEASE FIND ANYWHERE ELSE
Absolutely terrible location and thought the house had been "renovated" it was not much better. If you are used to back packing and hostels it may be passable if not DO NOT GO - ALSO FOR $26 AUD NIGHT CAN DO MUCH BETTER ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!!!
