서비스 최악. 곤충만 많음 (awful service, a lot of insects)

1. 청결도 : 생전 처음 보는 크기의 바퀴벌레가 현관에서부터 우리를 반겨주었다. 객실 내부에도 마찬가지로 바퀴벌레와 개미, 거미, 도마뱀 등이 돌아다녔다. 때문에 방을 바꿔달라고 요청을 했으나 받아들여지지 않았고, 어떤 남자분이 오셔서 해충약을 뿌려주었다. 정글에서도 느낄 수 없었던 곤충들의 숨결이 느껴졌다. 2. 서비스 : 정문에 경비원 한 분만 상주하고 있어서 관계자와의 연락을 위해서는 전화를 해야했다. 그러나 전화를 하면 안받기 일쑤고, 문제를 해결하는 데에 오랜시간이 걸렸다. 객실로 와달라고 하면 기본이 삼십분 이상이었다. 입실 시에 보증금을 내는데 그것을 돌려받기 위해서도 전화로 와달라고 해야했다. 분명 체크아웃 한 시간 삼십분 정도 전에, 후에 투어 일정이 있으니 그 시간 전까지 와달라고 했으나 지켜지지 않았다. 전화를 하면 계속 몇 분만 기다려달라면서 삼십분 이상을 지각했다. 하마터면 예약한 투어 버스를 놓칠 뻔 했다. 또한 하우스키핑 후에 일행의 컨버터가 부서져 있었다. 보상을 요구했으나 자신들의 잘못이 아니라며 사과도, 아무런 보상도 하지 않았다. awful & terrible service. a lot of insects.
