Old & tired hotel with helpful staff + noisy room

The staff were very helpful and supportive but the hotel was old and tired. It was a cheap, well located transit stop between an inward flight in pm and early outbound ferry in the morning. Facilities were basic, but biggest concern was that every word spoken and movement by the family with young children in the room next door were clearly audible through the connecting door.

When I arrived I was told I didn't have a reservation, I showed the girl at the check-in counter my Expedia booking email and she told me "someone is already in your room". It was obviousy a mistake on the hotel part, and I couldn't believe what she was telling me. After waiting for about 10 minutes she finally sorted out the mess but she didn't apologize for the error. The hotel has a good size swimming pool, breakfast included was nice and time saving. even though there isn't any decent restaurent close by, the Oriental Village and Skybridge are not far from this hotel.

Horrible & dirty experience

It is promised to be a 3 start hotel but i think it doesnt even qualify to be a motel. I paid eur 200 for a night for a room worth max 20 euros. The bed was extremely dirty (see pictures (we are blonds!)) (besides spiders in the bed) & the bathroom can hardly be called a bathroom (what you see on the photo is the ‘shower’. The location is very bad too, there are no normal restaurants around. Breakfast place looks terrible, wifi not functional. Avoid it!

다음에도 다시 가고싶은 호텔

객실상태 청결했고, 살 탈까봐 수영장에서 놀진 않았지만 물도 깨끗했다. 전엔 채낭시티에서 머물렀었는데 외곽에서 머물며 렌트 하는것이 가격면이나 이곳저곳 돌아다니고 볼 수 있어 훨 나았다. 차가 있으니 랑카위 구석구석 돌아다니며 여러곳을 경험할 수 있는 여행이었다. 바로 맞은편에 로컬슈퍼, 걸어서 2 - 5분 거리에 여러개의 식당이 있어 렌트를 하지않아도 호캉스 하기 좋고, 공항ㆍ훼리선착장 그랩으로 7링깃, 시내까지 12링깃으로 저렴하다. 조식은 기대 안했으나 가볍게 먹기 좋았다.

Hotell ok, personal extremt dålig.

Hotellrummet var helt okej, badrummet likadant. Hotellet hade en stor och fin pool. Det enda jag kan klaga på var personalen och maten. När vi anländer går vi till restaurangen och jag berättar om min äggallergi förstår först inte personalen vad jag menar. När de väl har förstått säger de att vi får ta en taxi in till stan om vi vill äta något eftersom de inte kan fixa något alls till mig. Detta tycker jag var extremt oprofessionellt. Dessutom vad frukosten ingen höjdare, det fanns mat men absolut inget stort utbud.

Attention dangers

Nous avons ete bien accceuilli mais notre chambre sea view au premier etage etait communicante avec une autre chambre par une porte interieur, les occupants de cette chambre etait 4 adultes entrain de faire la fete.Nous avons demandé de faire un peu moins de bruit ils ont essayé d entrée dans la chambre par la porte interieur puis par la porte exterieur. Ils nous ont dit qu il faisiat ce qu ils voulaient dans leurs chambre puisqu is avaient payé. Ces malais ont donc continué leur fetes jusqua 5 heures. Attion dangers car la nuit personne de l hotel ne surveille.

Hotel room was bad..it did not matched what I have seen in the website. Food was terrible. Not clean as we saw a lot of unused items were stacked which the scenery was really bad. Swimming pool also not clean and dusty everywhere.
