As AMEX members, there was a free upgrade so we enjoyed a beautiful lanai overlooking the front of the hotel; early check-in and late checkout as members were well received The bellhops were very warm and accommodating. "Breakfast was typical for Hampton. Lots of choices, staff not as pleasant, but ok. Rolls and choco croissants were poor quality and taste, especially comparing them for fresh one from a bakery. "

"One room was nice. The other room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We requested a taxi for 4:15 am. The desk clerk said he would arrange it. The taxi never came and the nighttime contact numbers were recordings. We were luckily able to catch a bus to the airport. "
