「Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The only negative thing I have to say is that if you sleep with the window open you can hear the highway noise. 」

「The air conditioner is not working on my first day, I am asking to change other room, they told me you have just requested on it, and we do provide you the air conditioner in room, just to refuse all I m asking. The lift is not working since my third day to stay. When it comes to recall the hotel that I had in my life, Gremes Carat Hotel is the most horrible hotel that I have ever had. Those staff are not too helpful. It states the hotel located near train station, but it takes me a bit time...

「Das perfekte Hotel, meiner Meinung nach eine gute Lage, die perfekte grösse vom Zimmer, und auch das Badezimmer hatte eine gute Grösse. Leider wollte die Klimaanlage nicht funktionieren, nachdem wir dies bei der Rezeption gemeldet haben und ein Techniker aufgeboten wurde, konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden. Uns wurde daher ein Frühstück spendiert, was wir danken annahmen. Wenn ich wieder nach Hamburg komme, werde ich wieder ein Zimmer hier buchen.」
