「good shuttle to Airport」

「The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom...

「Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and had no issues. There was an old style coin operated washer and dryer in the guest laundry, but it did the job just fine. Ate supper at the hotel restaurant and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. 」
