Front desk staff especially Mary & Garfield are wonderful! Personable, patient, welcoming, attentive ..both excellent at front desk position. Rooms very clean. When I arrived to check in, everything seemed to go smoothly. I was given the room keys, went up to the room and saw two queen beds. I booked a king bed. Immediately turned around, went back to the desk and let them know there must have been a mistake. After a couple of minutes on the computer, she told me they overbooked their king beds and they could only give me queen beds. No apologies, no words of empathy. I shrugged and said okay because I really didn’t have a choice. That night, I got into bed, exhausted from a very stressful day and all of my pillows smelled like dirty, smelly “head”. Super unpleasant. I’m not usually one to complain but over all, this was a very disappointing stay.

We were looking for a clean and comfortable stay, with breakfast, on a budget … and that’s exactly what we got! Breakfast was good, though limited options for people like us who eat gluten-free. Occasionally we had difficulty finding a staff member, as the one person at the desk was sometimes off needing to do something else … but that was really it. We would definitely stay again!

Room was clean , spacious refrig and micro. Close to all kind of restaurants and 10 min from amish villege and sight and sound teather. Parking was free and convinient. Breakfask need a few more options like scramble eggs or bacon. Only offer boiled eggs and cereals. and fruits coffee and apple and orange juice. Not bad but can be omproved
