「Breakfast was okay. Rooms were clean and laid out nicely. The only issue we had was we got there right before 4, an hour after check in should be available and our room was still not ready. With 2 young kids, we hated having to wait nearly 20 minutes to be able to get in the room after driving for 4 hours.」

「We had a wonderful experience because of the staff at this holiday and location. Jessica at the check-in desk was very hospitable from the very beginning and very warm and welcoming. Gus, who was managing the breakfast buffet, went above and beyond from any other staff member at a hotel breakfast we have ever met before. He checked on all of the customers and made sure that everything was incredibly clean and well cared for.」

「The location was great. We could be hiking at Hocking Hills in 15 minutes or visiting one of the nearby towns in the same amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable; great mattresses. Our room was very humid (I think they recently shampooed the carpeting, and that was making the room damp). Breakfast was okay: better than a continental breakfast, but it could be better (bread pudding was an odd offering). The pool was quite small, but the water temperature...
