"Great check in with efficient and friendly staff member. Room was a great size with good teas and coffees and lovely shower products. Walls were a bit thin so could hear next door neighbours but wasn’t too bad. The worst bit was check out - 20 mins to just hand in our keys. The young girl on reception was allowing people to constantly push in the queue - eventually told her that many people were stood in the queue (and in a rush) she apologised and continued to deal with people pushing in (at least 4 times). Totally irritating and seemed to be a lack of training in managing this type of behaviour. Sadly it let the hotel down as made us very late and slightly cross when leaving. Shame because the check in was warm and efficient."

"Hotel muito bom, limpo, quarto grande, cama confortável e reclinável, banheiro com bom tamanho. Oferece café e água gratuito e fica a uns 10 minutos da principal avenida que dá acesso a todos os ônibus e pontos turísticos da cidade. Como não estávamos de carro isso fez toda a diferença. Achei o preço bom em comparação com os demais hotéis que pesquisei. Embora em Edimburgo a hospedagem é bem cara mesmo. Hotel permitiu deixar as malas pra podermos andar pela cidade, pois chegamos antes do horário de checkin. Único ponto que achei ruim nesse hotel é que não tem frigobar, apenas um cooler mas que não foi útil pra nada, pois precisa colocar gelo pra ele manter gelado e acaba molhando tudo. Recomendo com certeza essa hospedagem."

"The location is excellent for anyone flying in or out of Edinburgh airport. The walk to the terminal was 5-10 minutes. The rooms are a good size, with everything you need. The room was very clean. The lobby is modern and sometimes busy. Overall, we had a great stay."

"Had a king bed but was 2 singles joined together, unfortunately they were at different heights, pillows were also off a poor standard. Door to room was narrow. However, view was excellent, good selection and choice of breakfast was plenty. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again despite the few niggles as did not affect our stay."
