「游泳池小了一些」

「The property is in bad condition as a newer hotel. Need to replace all the bed linens and towels urgently (lots different stains on them). Bathroom needs upgrade. The only good thing about this property is the location. 」

「I found this other person’s complaints on the hotel and I totally agree with everything. Once entering the room the smell is strong of “moldy” or sorts. The sheets had stains, the mirror aren’t clean, sofa had some dirt or sorts and generally doesn’t look clean. Housekeeping came said they cleaned before, I asked to change room said no spare room to change to. In the end just change the sheets and swept the floor. The new sheets had stains too. 「Room is clean, cozy and colorful. Everything would be great if only no problem with toilet. It can't flushing. Too tired to ask the technician as it's quite late when arrived at hotel. Please fix the problem and keep it up.」
