It was quiet, seemed clean, and had a good breakfast. Batterie in tv remote wereweak and could have used a couple more towels.

Breakfast was great, lots of options. Coffee machine was awesome too! Hotel was nice, new, and clean. Rooms were quiet at night despite the hotel being full due to the upcoming solar eclipse.

We like a room where we can see our vehicle from the window, however the parking lot did not circle the hotel and our room faced an empty piece of land. The view was nice, but not our usual view of our car. Our traveling companion had the opposite side of the building and was able to see both of our vehicles at once, so that problem was solved.... no worries.

Nice hotel. Don't plan on wifi.
Staff is friendly, the place is clean. If you just need a hotel, I highly recommend it. The wifi sucks. I only stayed there rather than at my family's place because I needed wifi for some business. Internet connection was intermittent and speeds were close to dial up most of the time. I've been there two times before with the same issue. This time I was closer to the lobby and was hoping for a better connection. Didn't happen.

My husband and I stayed at this property for one night on Christmas Eve. The property was neatly decorated and thoroughly clean. The location was safe and easily accessible. The shower was spacious and nicely designed. The room itself was very comfortable and quiet. We did not even hear our neighbors. The breakfast attendant was extremely kind and professional. We enjoyed the short walk to the nearby walkway along the river.

I, at first, thought the property was dirty, but then thought maybe just older. Stains on the furniture in the room. There was also no comforter on the bed. There was a sheet, a blanket, and then a cover like they would normally put over the comforter. I was really glad I had packed a throw blanket in my bag for the night! The shower was a walk in with a curtain, but the shower rod was positioned too far out and the curtain wasn’t long enough so all the water poured into the floor of the bathroom. The water that stayed in the shower stood because the bottom wasn’t sloped toward the drain when they tiled it. The lady that checked me in was very nice, but the room was disappointing.

Worst Bed and Pillows
The carpet in the room did not feel clean and the bed was horrible. The little square pillows were very small and the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. We've stayed at over 25 hotels in the last year and this was the worst bed ever. My husband and I both woke up stiff and hurting and that's never happened before. This was supposed to be a 2 night stay but we had to check out and find a more comfortable hotel.

The king suite was very spacious. We didn't have any towels at check in but that was quickly remedied by the front desk attendant delivering them to our room. The fresh bagels at breakfast were really appreciated!

Nice room. Housekeeping was sporadic. We requested housekeeping daily, but when it didnt happen we were told we had to request it? Doesnt make sense. Still trying to get refunded for a charge that I was told was an authorization charge that would drop off. Had to contact customer relations for BWH with no results. Not happy. Would not recommend this hotel.

For the price service was blah. would only allow us to have two towels in the room. No towels for the pool. The room was clean but it had small pillows that looked like throw pillows for a sofa. Not that comfortable. For person serving breakfast was an amazing little old lady.
