"The hotel is centrally located, rooms, service, dining ,breakfast all fantastic only thing was our bar fridges in two rooms didn’t work. Would definitely stay here again"

"The shower and bed were top notch. I wish my shower worked that well at home. Lol. When I told front desk that I needed a taxi to the airport at 4am he actually reserved me a taxi and told me the price I would pay for the ride and then he said he would get me some breakfast before I left. A couple of hours later ten minutes before 4am I saw this decent breakfast spread in the lobby (something far better than I could make). I quickly got a coffee and yogurt. I easily could have eaten more things there. That's the kind of service that's exceptional and if I'm back in Helsinki I will be staying at this hotel again. Thank you for your excellent service."

"Not only was the location convenient for access to Pasila Station and shopping centers, but the room was always kept clean, the temperature and humidity were comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the comfortable service that respected my privacy.
