"Overall, a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Helsinki. The Park View room was a little dated and could perhaps do with some modernisation, but it was clean, tidy and comfortable. The shower was excellent. The staff were friendly, polite and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The hotel is in a nice location, slightly off the beaten track and away from the busy city centre. There is a convenient tram stop nearby, with the journey into central Helsinki taking around 20 minutes. A comfortable and enjoyable stay, with good service and a great breakfast. I would happily stay here again."

"The room was very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast spread was good, but the person at the live counter was very rude. He was the only person making the live orders, so I’m sure he was overwhelmed."

"The staff was great, especially Faye, who helped us with bus and train schedule. The staff also accommodated us by checking us in early as we arrived at the Clarion long before our check in time. We were very appreciative of that. I would definitely stay there again And recommend it to anyone needing somewhere nice to stay. Breakfast was ok.my only issue is the cleaning staff did not clean our rooms on the second day. Overall everything else was great. Thanks Clarion the day and afternoon front desk staff, great customer service."
