"This was a truly beautiful stay from check-in to check-out. We arrived just after 6 a.m., and the receptionist, Tahura, was incredibly helpful and managed to get us a room within a very reasonable time which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was exceptional: spacious, comfortable, and with stunning city views. We dined at the international restaurant and the food was excellent. The service was outstanding, especially from Faquel (or was he Fariquel?) and Sumon, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. Although this is clearly a very busy hotel, everything was impeccably maintained , the pools were clean, the grounds were well kept, and everything was just beautiful. Special mention also to the two African gentlemen (from Uganda and Cameroon) at the Waterpark station in the hotel lobby; they were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Overall, an outstanding experience. 10/10 - highly recommended. "

"Lovely fantastic views. All the staff went over and above for our stay, have to especially give big thank you to Nardin the manager who was so,welcoming, helpful and kind. Her presence made us feel so much more comfortable and she always went above and also whent above and beyond to help us including tourism information for an easy and enjoyable day. Osman was the other staff who went all the way to dubia mall to sort something for us as we didn't have time. And the pakistani coffee guy at breakfast time who helped with so much knowledge about coffee as we are tea drinkers. Thank you SIRO "

"Luxurious. Service is IMPECCABLE from the moment you arrive. So much help from the bellmen. We didn’t lift a finger. Always someone nearby to direct you. They are always waiting to serve. 24 hour butler so no need to call housekeeping. The room was gorgeous, and VERY MODERN/beautiful. High end fixtures and toiletries. High ceilings. Plush robes and towels. Quiet floor. Fresh fruit in the room. You will feel taken care of. The connected restaurant is new and the food was fantastic! Red carpet treatment. The breakfast buffet includes ala carte hit items and detox juices. The men options were insanely amazing for buffet style. All freshly prepared. The pool was clean and heated! If you want luxury, stay here. It sets the bar! Our only issue was a resort credit given that we didn’t have time to use, so we purchased an item from the spa, which we later learned was not included. We were supposed to get a room upgrade, but we are unclear if we did, or if all the rooms were this amazing. "
