「Had a stay for 2 nights. Hotel environment is very relaxing with well trained staff which is great for vacation purposes. The swimming pool is huge with lots of room for all guests. There are swimming section and rest area with adults only. The room interior is clean but some equipment need to be refurbished.」

「wow, we love this hotel first off. We got a room with the sea facing view and we did have a beautiful ocean view. The room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel grounds, immaculate, and all of the architecture was so interesting and perfectly planned. The staff were beyond friendly when we showed up to breakfast 10 minutes early they open the door and welcomed us in and on our last day we had to leave even earlier than that they opened breakfast just for us now that’s what I call Service! 「這家飯店並不大, 只有56個房間. 所以嚴格來說豪華程度並不像一般的大型國際連鎖豪華飯店那樣有壯觀的 lobby 與建築. 不過住在其中確能讓人身心都充分放鬆. 早餐是以點餐方式進行, 不過只要你吃得下, 你可以一直點餐, 而且早餐就供應夠水準的氣泡酒任意讓客人喝, 這是我所知唯一這樣做的飯店. 在這飯店的任何角落遇到的服務人員即不會說英文, 也都會帶著微笑跟客人打招呼. 泳池邊服務人員會自動幫你把躺椅的毛巾鋪好, 並倒上冰開水, 有時還會提供免費的西瓜給客人. 海邊也提供了一些免費的水上活動器材像是獨木舟. 由於這家飯店不接受12歲以下小孩, 所以不會有一些小屁孩尖叫的跑來跑去. 飯店本身的兩家餐廳提供的餐點很不錯, 只是價格有點貴. 在海灘上往右走, 越過一條小溪流有三家本地餐廳, 最後面那家 Smile Beach 比較好, 盡量不要去第一家 White Sand Beach, 中間那家沒試過. The Sarojin 對我來說的確是5星級的飯店, 至於豪華程度就是個人認知的差異了, 不過我想你得有一定年紀才能夠欣賞這家飯店提供給你的平靜安詳的感覺,...

「清潔でいい。ホスピタリティあふれるスタッフもよかった。 ただ忙しくなるとオーダーを忘れてしまったり　ハウスキーパーがすごく遅く来たりする。 オペレーションを考え直したり　担当を決めたり工夫した方がいい。 ガラパーティでは席番号すらわかってない人が案内に立ったり 常温で刺身や寿司がダラダラになって並んでいたり ひとつひとつはいいのに　どこに何があるのかわからないし テーブルは真っ暗で食事をとるのが大変だった。 できて日が浅いようなので　今後に期待です。」

「This was a great place to stay for a night and I could see myself staying there for a little longer. The hotel is super clean and new, quiet, has a cool pool and a lovely garden. The staff are nice and friendly. The only slight downside is the area (everything is along a busy 2-3 lane main road) which is common for all hotels and not a particular issue for this one. 」
