"The villa is so big and clean,really surprise.It is so suitable for 8 friends together.The host is so nice and friendly,we arrived at villa at 10pm,so late,but he still waited for us.Another surprise is it has hot water to have a bath,it is so scarce in Sri Lanka.The one and only regret is,you know,in Sri Lanka ,there are many ants and other insects.And in our bathroom,there were many ants,but don't care about it ,they will leave and it didn't influence your trip.So, enjoy the villa,and enjoy...

I booked two (2) rooms, the AC in one room, the single, would get cool fast, the second room was a double and it would take hours to cool off. The WiFi was spotty in some areas. The location of the hotel was near the entrance to the beach and shopping area. "
