「This was a wonderful hotel with a high level of service. With its high location, located on a cliff high above all other buildings, you had a magical 360 degree view, absolutely wonderful. 「The hotel itself is mostly fine, with a good location and a nice view. The staff, however, were the worst among our eight stays in Sri Lanka. They weren’t friendly or helpful and had a clear “what do you want” attitude. They even woke us at 10 p.m. to ask what breakfast we wanted, which is unacceptable.
