"I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. I found the food options to be quite disappointing, especially the limited breakfast selection. On the first day, there was only bread, butter, jam, and cereal available. The second day was particularly disappointing as there were no homemade fries offered, and I noticed the absence of any fresh fruits throughout my stay. Additionally, the toaster took an excessive amount of time to toast bread, which added to the frustration during breakfast. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that the swimming pool was closed for most of my stay, which was one of the amenities I was looking forward to. The elevator was also quite slow, making it inconvenient to move about the hotel. Overall, my stay did not meet my expectations in relation to the price I paid. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration for future improvements."

"The staff were so nice. The pool and hot tub were out of service and that was the only reason we were staying at the hotel so the staff upgraded our room so we had a jetted tub in our room and it was fantastic."

The rooms are very nice and comfortable, breakfast is average, the beds are decent, and having an on‑site laundry facility was very convenient for an extended stay."

"Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, very clean. Not much to do around the immediate area. Wendel Clark's restaurant in the hotel has good food. The lobby has a little market to get snacks, etc. Continental breakfast was good. Close walk to the Tribute Communities Centre, if you're going there for an event."
