"Booked the room , i arrived around 5pm . The manager sent a text with a pin code for the door lock which i couldn't access , it was pouring rain no response to my return message so i decided to leave . As I was leaving the premises I passed who I think was the manager and said to cancel the booking because I couldn't get in and was not happy about staying there after that. He said ok but Expedia has still charged me. Very disappointing, I found a better motel for cheaper than the Expedia price...
