「I felt like we were at a resort. We had a great stay. The staff and amenities were perfect.」

「The people at the front desk were nice and offered discounts to the hotsprings and a restaurant. Our assigned parking spot was being used by other people as a party area and the manager did not ask them to move and had to park by the road. When we entered the suite is smelt badly of smoke and the the carpet had stains all over it and there were several bugs that were scurrying around the floor. We arrived late and tried to make it work but could not imagine trying to sleep in this unit. We...

「We were very impressed with the size of the room. It was very very nice. The negatives were it could be cleaner. The ceiling fan was dirty. The windowsills were not clean. The fridge had a lot of ice buildup in it and it caused a lot of our food to freeze so we lost some of our produce. The outdoor waterpark and pools were very nice and overall I would give this an eight out of 10.」
