Clean room, friendly staff, and great location. It's walking distance to Heavenly Ski resort, to restaurants, and to shops in the main street of Lake Tahoe. It's also walking distance to the Casinos. The only complain I have is that the walls are very thin - we can hear the people talking in the other room. We just got lucky that they weren't partying during our stay.

The price and location were good. Close to heavenly village and the lake within walking distance, just a basic motel room though. I will not be returning due to the heaters/furnace units being so LOUD, this was ridiculously loud and woke me up multiple times. It sounded like a loud bang against the wall/floor. The office door even had a sign about the noise being not a concern. The noise also startled me when I was fully awake. There are also no AC units to keep in mind during the summer.

We liked the location, the room was insulated, everything was very clean and comfortable. However, the neighbors were so noisy and you felt like you were in their room with them. We also had a broken thermostat and the larger of the two windows would not open. Everything else about the room was great. It felt safe, clean, and I would stay there again, but make sure we had a room with a working thermostat, less neighbors, and windows that opened.

I should have read the reviews. Cheap spot. I wasn't expecting much, a warm bed. This was my email to them. You make your own judgement. Good morning. We booked a room at this hotel 2/7/26. Room 102. While the place was clean, and a comfortable room which we thought we would stay at again. The night held a different story. An intermittent loud noise like someone dropping a deadweight was horrible throughout the night. We could hear the conversation starting at 5 am in the room next door as if they were in our room. The noises against the wall from the loud boom and the lack of insulation created a very horrible nights sleep. It was a huge disappointment and I am requesting a refund for our stay. If there was a way to cancel that $65 resort fee at checkout I would have. Thank you for your time. Their response. Your room was not charged a resort fee and refund is not given at check out. We do not receive such complaint about next door room noise or other normal building noise from any of our guest.
