「Super clean, friendly, and so close to the college」

「Nice historic hotel with great access to restaurants and things to do」

「Very nice, clean hotel. Our only issue is we did not get the room we had reserved. It’s very convenient to food and shopping.」

「Mattress was terrible! Very worn and uncomfortable. Overall, property needs updates.」

「The location is fantastic for csu parents. Easy to walk to campus and old town. I was bummed not to be able to check in early but it all worked out. Rooms are nice and clean except for the windows. I would stay here again.」

「Typical Hampton. Simple. Clean. Easy and good breakfast.」

「Staff was wonderful! Beds were comfortable, only downfall is no conditioner in the shower, however, you can request it.」

「It had everything we needed but we found the room noise a bit loud - e.g. you could hear footsteps above, doors closing, etc. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked and staffed. The bed and room were comfortable. It's a newer building and everything is in good shape. The location, a 20-25 minute drive from Colorado State University, was a bit far from CSU for us.」

「Prefer cotton to polyester sheets」

「Lovely property, pretty neighborhood, cozy & clean room. Staff provided great customer care with smiles. Breakfast was nice, especially the fresh fruit. Great location to Old Town shops and a beautiful walk. The daily cookies were delicious!」
