"I had a terrible experience. I checked in and I went to my room and there was somebody in there and they screamed at me. There was food everywhere clearly they have been there for quite some time. I was staying in a hotel to hide from my abusive partner, and that was the last thing I needed. I went to my truck. And I couldn’t bring myself to go back in there. I tried to contact the third-party which I booked with and they didn’t help me and the hotel never responded to my emails, phone calls or message. I didn’t even end up staying there and I wasted over $200 on nothing. "

"As a foreigner, it was difficult to call the hotel to pick me up. My phone didn't work to call USA. Fortunately, the hotel shuttle was at the airport so that I could get the shuttle on."
