"I obviously loved the Junior Suite. We stayed one night to get away from the kids and it was so nice! Very clean quiet and the view was great! Breakfast was great too. 1000% staying again"

"Clean room, great location, conveniently located near restaurants, grocery and metro station. Be aware there's no air conditioning in the rooms, which can be inconvenient during summer months. You can open windows part way for ventilation."

"Our trouble started when we went to our room. The door would not open. I had to use my body to get the door open since we were in we agreed to wait til morning to report the problem. We turned the heat on as it was cool in the room, got ready for bed and then the heater started making a banging noise. Needless to say we did not sleep well. The next morning we reported the problems, were told someone would fix them and off we went. Upon return we were happy to see that the door opened much easier, only a little push, the heater how ever still made a noise. I went to the frunt desk to get blankets and to again report the problem with the heater. I was assured someone would be up to look at it. That never happened. The blankets came in handy. The next morning I went to get coffee, came back to the room and had to bust down the door again. Needless to say I was glad we were leaving. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite consistent long lines at the check n counter. "

"Everything about this hotel was horrible. Stains all over the room, cracked walls, horrible staff. No cookies at check in, rude staff. Never again as someone who loves a DoubleTree."
