Imperial Hotel Rotorua
8/10 Good
"This property is more like a motel than hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and accommodation suited our needs. Good off street parking, clean room and linens, quiet and not too far from city centre."
Rydges Rotorua
8/10 Good
"The breakfast was good, plenty of choice The TV was basic and did not work. We complained and they sent a technician to resolve it. Having free filtered water was a great help. They had two spas, but the jets did not work and the water could have been cleaner, even though it was geothermal. The bath and shower needed safety handles, especially for older guests. The room floor was not the cleanest. Everything else was clean eg bedding and towels. All in all a comfortable stay. Would suit people with children much better or younger people. Lots to do for them."
