「Amazing breakfast, nice smell when you arrive, rooms are very clean (including the carpets).」

「Stay was great!!!」

「Everthing was great」

「非常乾淨 很安靜。 缺點可能是新裝修 有一點味道。」

「Staff were very nice and areas round the hotel were kept well maintained and neat. Our room was very clean and spacious, however, the bed was not comfortable. Another disappointment was the age of the universal equipment in the gym. Other than those two items the stay was pleasant and would still consider staying our next visit to Kings Bay.」

「Clean and comfortable」

「Nicely decorated for the holidays」

「I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, I learned hotel was being renovated. Noise galore, saws, hammering etc. All amenities were closed ie: pool, fitnes...everything. Contacted Expedia and they did nothing to help. Hotel said if I booked direct, they would discount the rate. Expedia told me no discounts. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!」

「My in laws and I have been staying here for years - we checked in to accessible rooms and both rooms we’re disgustingly dirty and not able to sleep in. We found a cockroach in one room. The lady at the front desk was very understanding and refunded us but not a good experience and definitely won’t be staying again」

「Breakfast was so so. Not many choices…. Furniture needs to be updated Staff was excellent Room was clean」

「Upon arrival, the smell in the check in area was horrible. The room was no better, it smelled like old wet dog. I had children with me but I was just happy that we were only staying one night. Very disappointed.」

Also of note, there was no shelf for soap or shampoo in the shower? It struck me as odd. The sink was within reach, so maybe use that? In the room there was a TV, desk, fridge and microwave. We paid just under a hundred. So, yeah… it was a place to lay your head. Staff was friendly.」

「Roaches in the room and they refused to give me a refund. I was barely in the room for an hour when I was taking a shower and saw a roach on the shower curtain and a roach on the box spring of the bed my kids were sleeping on. Went to the front desk and the girl only offered me another room and couldn’t do anything else for me. I didn’t want to stay there at all at that point because if you have roaches in one room they are in all of them. I packed my stuff up and stayed at a different hotel. I...

「Fenêtre tres sale pour et porte et plancher de salle de bain très sale」

「Our car broke down on the way to the hotel. We reached out to change the date but they never got back to us. We slept in our car on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck.」
