"Great location, minutes from the train station on foot and the transportation hub. Decent breakfast (excellent granola cereal). The staff really helped with a reservation mix-up on my part and for that, I remain grateful. They also helped when ask during check-in and at other times. We just did not like the room much, not that we spent a lot of time in it. Twin beds not adjacent, odd beams across the wall to the ceiling, odd-looking stools to sit on instead of chairs, weak water pressure in the shower, a coat rack and hangers on what looked like a pipe instead of a closet or armoire. We really liked our stay in Bern with the hotel just a passing thought."
