"Hot tub out of order"

"Its was a very cute and clean place.....fit right in with the Arizona scenery. The view of the mountains from the room was amazing. It was very close to a little shopping area and places to eat as well as soooo many trails to hike. Only slight downside i had was my room was close to The Den ,they're little restaurant, so the music was loud as the walls were thin....but it was usually done by 10pm. Would definitely recommend....great place for solo travelers like myself"

"Booked for spa experience, had a credit I did NOT get to use cause the times were no availability and the hours were very short. And they asked you to book online which gave very limited options. The check in was not so welcoming, info very vague, and then had a $300 incidental hold…. Which I better get back. Rated as a 4star location why? Pool was dark and merely granted slightly chilly this week, outdoor hot tub only open for 3 hours of the day. I drove up and down the strip with places of lesser ratings and better quality. Will not rebook but will return to the area for better experience with better scenery"

"We stayed here for two nights in March, '26. The suite was rather dark, but otherwise it was nice, and the location is very convenient. We were in the back of the property and it was very quiet, with pretty landscaped grounds to walk through. The room was clean and spacious, and the price (for Sedona) was good. BUT. When I booked this on Expedia, I didn't realize it was a timeshare-type property, and they would try to talk us into attending a presentation, and call us at least three times in the weeks after we checked out. I just booked this as a hotel, not a life commitment. The first two times I was called after leaving, I made it clear I wasn't interested. The third time, I told the caller that this was harassment, and it needed to stop immediately, and I have not been called since. Fingers crossed. Our other issue at the hotel was the check in. The woman at the desk was overwhelmed to the point of being rude and snappy to the lobby full of guests who were waiting to check in. We did not arrive early, because we had a message stating that no rooms are available for early check in, but we still had to wait close to an hour to get into our room. I would still stay here again, but only because Sedona is very expensive, and this was clean and affordable."

"This is a well-maintained property. The bed was comfortable. I like that it’s just outside main Sedona. You don’t deal with the traffic of central Sedona. Walking distance to several very good restaurants. We used the hot tub after dinner and it was great. The breakfast is all carb type food…no protein but still good and the facility felt clean and well-maintained. I’d stay here again!"

"The resort is very clean. All the amenities are within walking distance especially the laundry room. Around you will find a lot of wonderful restaurants and stores to shop in"
