And, if you ever wondered if they read their reviews: I stated in our check-in review that they didn’t have any luggage racks and one magically appeared in my room! "We had a really nice stay here. The cabin was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. My husband especially loved the coffee! It was about a 20 minute walk to Lake Louise which was perfect. Highly recommend!"
