「Very nice and clean hotel 」

「Holiday Inn Express's are always clean, efficient and offer a wonderful room-darkening shade for a great night sleep. Breakfast was as good as any.」

「The TV needs to be updated, elevator slow, both of these are not deal breakers. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly, the waffles 10/10」

「Maybe this is a sign of casinos in KC, but no restaurant was open past 9pm and the one that was ignored you if you sat at the bar. 」

「Parking was very good, secure, staff was very nice, even brought us fresh towels at check in! Hard to understand, English wasn’t the best. The TV was poor. They did explain the trick to turning it on. But we didn’t understand them, didn’t want to be rude and keep asking. We did get it on, never got it to change channels, the remote was useless. For the price, we would stay again. It was very clean, bug free. The coffee was wonderful! 」

「The overall look of the place was very worn and not well kept. Hallways needed vacuumed and floors swept and mopped. Furniture in dining area was stained and very worn down. I tried using the treadmill 1 wouldn't work at all the other started but stopped working after a few minutes with a check motor code. There was a clipped toenail on the floor and used earbuds on equipment. Breakfast was also very sub par. Very sad, because our last visit was very nice..」

「I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it. The fridge had a red liquid in the bottom that smelled like salsa. Smears of something and water spots all over the mirror. The bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. There was what looked like a vomit stain on the wall by the bed. I never felt unsafe, but it seems to be housing for a lot of people now. The front desk...

「Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly...

「Wow! What a good stay! My kids loved the indoor outdoor pool. It was nice to have the bar and restaurant as well!」

「Guy checked me in the wrong room and then had me move or pay extra. Wouldn’t be a problem but it was 1am and I was exhausted. The hotel wasn’t even fully booked. 」
