「We liked the hotell very much. Our room was great and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. The parking was good and the place was quiet and peaceful. The were 2 individual decks with tables and chairs for the stayers. also, there was a community area with benches and a fire pit in the middle of the yard just off the parking area. I went out the one evening after dark and sit and looked up at the stars in the coolness. We had a great experience.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return! This is a modest, family-run hotel that may not be fancy, but it’s clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and filled with genuine hospitality. Sometimes that’s exactly what makes a place special! The rooms have everything you need, including a coffee maker with supplies, mini fridge, and microwave. They also offer a light breakfast in the office every morning, which was a wonderful convenience before heading out to explore. The location is...

「The outside of the property looked good, but the rooms inside had a dirty recliner, and dirty carpet. It was a non smoking room, but the smoke smell in the room was so bad we had to go buy air freshener just to stay in there and me and my husband have allergies to cigarette smoke. They have ash trays and chairs outside every room and I’m sure it just flows right into the rooms. We will not stay there again. If it is a non smoking room, it should not smell like smoke. Also, they shouldn’t...

「What a FANTASTIC PLACE!!!! Clean, fun, 5 min walk to downtown historic Eureka. Love the cottage! Staff SUPER nice check in was a breeze and the breakfast was SUPERB!!! Amazing deal and at this price point for such an awesome property we will be back! I drive a great big extended cab truck and plenty of parking (always a worry) without extending into the street. Really really cant say enough good about this place!!!!」

「The high rating is misleading. The room was extremely small. The room appeared to be clean, but there was an old wood smell. The rustic style is a nice concept, but it’s poorly executed. There’s extension cords attached to walls and running along the floor. The step down from the kitchen area to bed is a hazard especially at night. The parking is terrible. We wouldn’t park by the cabin because it’s dangerous backing out of the lot. The stairs going to the lower lot are missing concrete and...
