Disappointed — Needs major updates and better cleaning...
While the staff members were great, the hotel falls far below the Sandman brand standard. Having stayed at other locations like Sandman Nova Scotia, I was shocked by how outdated this location is. The rooms were not properly cleaned, the pool/hot tub area was out of towels, and the facility showers were dirty. Major updates and stricter cleaning protocols are urgently needed.
