In addition, the door to our room was half off its hinges, which was concerning and made the room feel poorly maintained. On a positive note, the staff were polite and courteous. However, overall the experience was disappointing given the condition of the room and the unavailable amenities."

"Property was just OK but a good choice for being near the airport. My issue is with Expedia. I booked and pre-paid for the hotel for three nights as we were stuck in Orlando due to the snowstorm in NJ. Turns out we got an earlier flight home and did not have to stay the third night. I called Expedia and, after checking, they said "there was nothing they could do about it." Why? We only stayed two nights. Really poor policy and customer service. "
