「Everything was well kept. Great staff. But the pool table had broken pool table sticks. We loved playing pool and the game room tv did not work. It was a little in disarray. 」

「Spotless room, very kind staff, great location. The only problem was that when we came back one night to the hotel on Saturday at 21:00, we requested to charge our electric car and the staff had no clue what the procedure was and how to activate the charging station and he told us he did not have information which was unacceptable. 」

「Very convient location. Not recommande to stay there in summer time. Very hot room with no ac No choice but to open the window but you will hear the train pass by all night. 」

「Ich hatte grosse Probleme mit der Türoffnung sodass ich um 01.30 Uhr an die Reception musste um ein Karte zu verlangen. Nach dem dies erledigt war, musste ich feststellen, dass das Zimmer Arschkalt war, die Heizung nicht funktionierte und ein Fenster sich nicht schliessen konnte (Defekt). Also ging ich nochmals an die Reception um ein anderes Zimmer zu verlangen. Leider vergebens, denn es waren keine weiteren Zimmer verfügbar. Also habe ich einen kleinen Offen erhalten (Notlösung). Des Weiteren...

「Access was a little difficult if you dont speak the language or dont have a carrier/signal there. I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. After communicating they were considerate enough to leave me a key.」

「This hotel is clean and convient! Besides, all the staffs over there are quite friendly and did a big favour to me really on my trip. I will stay there on next time and make a highly comment on their service as 4 stars level! I strong recommend you guys to stay here if you plan to visit around Aarau, Basel.... the west-northern area of Switzerland.」
