"This was a little bit away from downtown Durango but we were only staying one night. We had spent time in Durango previously so didn't need to see downtown again. It is close to the train station. The breakfast bar was really good, there was popcorn and cookies in the evening."

"My husband and I stayed in one of the tents with our small dog and it was perfect! The weather was rainy and chilly, but the tent was nice and warm and dry. One thing I did not realize was they do not have hair dryers so make sure you bring your own if you need one! This was the perfect spot for me to work, the Duran Durango/Pagosa Springs area for my job and have a nice clean place to stay. Local restaurants were awesome and everyone was very friendly! We will definitely come back!"

"The staff was training a new employee so it was ok. Things not so good: if you need good WiFi, it is not good. But there is a coffee shop nearby that was great. If you must have good tv, be prepared to struggle. I don’t need tv so I did fine. Great things, staff was very nice and patient with the new employee and me. Room was very clean. And had everything I needed. Price was great for the area and its location is great. I would stay again."
