「The hotel has so much history and the church across the road is beautiful. The rooms were warm, immaculate and the medieval stairs are a must. Food was all homemade and the breakfast was plentyful. Will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.」

「Very quiet, cozy & comfortable Inn. Although located in a remote area of Lake District, easy to find & can reach other spots easily. Must try the dinner at the restaurant which is very good with reasonable price. Only the towel rack in my room is not working which is a minor stuff. Furthermore everything in the breakfast seems overcooked.」
