No geral o hotel é bom, o quarto estava limpo, porém alguns detalhes também são importantes e devem ser observados. O criado mudo tinha teia de aranha e o telefone estava muito sujo, indicando que há muito não era limpado. A televisão não funcionava direito, creio que em função do controle ruim, pois só funcionava a centímetros do aparelho. Chamamos o atendente que apenas nos disse que tinha que apontar o controle para o aparelho, coisa que sabíamos, virou as costas e foi embora.

Cada vez melhor

Sempre que passamos pela cidade, optamos por nos hospedar no Zallon e está cada vez melhor. Infelizmente nesta viagem o elevador está em manutenção para melhoria e meus pais são idosos, com insuficiência cardíaca e tiveram que fazer um esforço para subir e só descer na hora do café seguido de check-out.

Começou muito mal, mas terminou bem!

Chegamos por volta das 2100 horas e o hotel estava lotado. O quarto que eu reservei não foi o que me foi entregue. Eu só noa entendo que qdo vc faz a reserva de um quarto, é porque ele está lhe esperando. A sensação que eu tive era de que os quartos são "rifados" para os hóspedes que chegam mais cedo. Mas na segunda estadia nos mudaram de quarto. Cabe ressaltar que non primeiro quarto 201 encontrei cabelos femininos nos travesseiros e pelos pupianos na colcha da cama de casal... Roupa de cama suja. O segundo quarto estava muito bom. Café da manhã estava ótimo!

Mais atenção aos hóspedes, por favor.

Sempre fico nesse hotel quando meu marido esta na cidade para o Doutorado. Solicitei quarto casal luxo e tivemos uma quarto pequeno e desconfortável, com cama pequena e colchão ruim. O pior foi o excesso de barulho causado por um grupo de hóspedes venezuelanos, durante a madrugada e ao amanhacer. Conversas e gritaria pelo corredor impediram que a gente dormisse bem, sem providências da gerência.

A cama era de mola não ensacada, muito mole, tive dificuldade em dormir. Não tenho como comprovar, mas tive a impressão que os lençóis já haviam sido usados, porque quando tirei a colcha, tinha fio de cabelo. O café da minha tinha poucas opções de frutas, eu como banana e não tinha, só tinha mamão e melão. Não tinha ovo mexido. Achei o café da manhã fraco

Hotel no geral bom. Café da manhã também bem servido é bom. Porém o chuveiro do meu quarto saia muito pouco água quente (quase nada). Ainda bem que não estava muito frio. Uma falha que comprometeu a estadia.
