Já havia me hospedado neste flat há alguns anos... E retornei pela experiência positiva que tive da primeira vez... Infelizmente o flat decaiu muito! Lixeira do quarto estava lotada com lixo de outros hóspedes, sofá estava sujo com café que haviam derramado. Corredores extremamente escuros. Bolhas de infiltração nas paredes dos quartos. Interfone da garagem estragado ( quando chegamos ao hotel a noite, minha mãe precisou descer do carro e caminhar pela rua para acessar a portaria e solicitar que abrissem a garagem). Café da manhã razoável... Alguns pães não eram do dia... Staff da Recepção pela parte da noite, com péssimo atendimento!

Hospedagem muito boa. Hotel muito bem localizado. O quarto está um pouco datado mas tem manutenção. Chuveiro foi o ponto alto. Ar condicionado o ponto baixo. Ficaria novamente com certeza.

Hotel localizado em local barulhento, entrada e saída da garagem em local de acesso perigoso pelo fluxo de carros, garagem extremamente apertada, não gostei da limpeza, muito velho, cama ruim, sofá do quarto rasgado, manutenções mal feitas aparentes. Toalha de pessima qualidade se comparado ao executive que a diferença de valor é mínima! Cobertor grudento é com aspecto pessimo de encardido.O que é bom: secador e banho. Somente!! Este é o smart nunca mais!!

Ja me hospedo ha muitos anos nesse hotel mas infelizmente desta vez passei muito frio. A água não esquentava o suficiente e o ar nao dava conta. Com uma coberta apenas, passei muito frio. No último dia, ainda nem repuseram as toalhas, e tive que me virar com apenas uma de rosto.
