"Because of a business trip, we booked a total of 2 rooms and stayed for 5 days, a total of 10 nights. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and provided detailed explanations and assistance when answering inquires. On one of the nights when I returned, as soon as I opened the room door, the room was filled with a strong, pungent disinfectant smell — an unpleasant chemical odor. The bed is dent in the middle, to me, it’s not comfortable bed."
