「Good staff, very helpful. Nice breakfast, ice machines work. Needed to change rooms due to broken items & shower door wouldn't close, which was done quickly. Beds were very comfortable and once you got hot water going, a lovely shower! Elevator currently broken, other things in disrepair show age of facility. Loved the large room size and counter space!」
